The review is not a 5-star because of the communication between when the job was accepted and when it got performed. We made the decision to go with Parm's for two reasons: great communication by the person who quoted the job and being able to complete the job sooner than anyone else. Unfortunately, the job was completed 4-5 weeks later than we expected and we had to call Parm's three times to check when the job would be completed. -

Thought I would try a different lawn maintenance company.
Was enticed by the free fall aeration offered.
Pre paid for spring lawn rolling and aeration as well as 5 application lawn program.
Satisfied with the first lawn application. Next … More came the lawn rolling. The website says that it is rolled in 2 different directions to ensure complete coverage. I did not see that happen. The tech seemed to wander all over the yard with no real pattern established and seemed to miss a few strips of lawn. The lawn IS better than before, but was really expecting a little better especially with the big roller used. Was not completely happy with the lawn rolling done.
It would be nice if an email was sent out after the service is done with a "how did we do" survey, especially for new customers.
Hopefully I will be happy with the aeration and further lawn treatments. Wish I had more notice than 6am the morning of, but I understand why it is the way it is. It would be nice to have an email or text saying that it is anticipated that the next service will be done "this next week" of something like that. -
